This website, found under the www.bizzyboard.com URL, is operated by Family Affairs and references to "we", "us" and "our" shall be deemed to be references to Family Affairs. References to "you", and "your" shall be deemed to be references to person placing an order via this website.
PLACING AN ORDER

bizzyboard is only available through our website. It's not possible to pick it up somewhere.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact by email on customerservice@bizzyboard.com or by post using the address given below.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to bizzyboard to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and bizzyboard for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 10 workingdays of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused. Please contact our customerdesk at customerservice@bizzyboard.com.

MAKING RETURNS

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.



PAYMENT AND TAXES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Ideal. All transactions are shown in Euro.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Euro and where appropriate are inclusive VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 19.0%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first E50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will use our reasonable endeavours to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 4pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received and accepted after 4pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.
DELIVERY

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of being accepted, to arrive with Dutch customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you on the internet.

Standard Delivery will be E7,25 per delivery address in the the Netherlands, E15 for Europe and Worldwide E39. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days in the Netherlands for your delivery, Europe and Worldwide 5-10 working days.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Family Affairs does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
